Hello all,

subject says it, please try this one, especially on multicore CPUs:

http://msplins06.bon.at/%7Eadmin139/files/ndpsmb-1.5.0-RC3-20100316.zip

Please, note that it requires gcc442.dll as found here:
ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/qt4/gcc-lib-4_4_2-20091204.wpi

Kind regards,
Herwig

(lines may wrap). When I try to mount a share (happens to be all of
the shares on this system), EVFSGUI asks for the ID and password,
which I enter, then when I click OK, it folds up, and makes the
PROCDUMP. There is also a popup about "The parameter is incorrect".

HAH! it crashes even if I don't enter the ID and password, but click
Cancel.

Are you using the appropriate EVFSGUI? It should be this one

There is a ndpsmb.log file, but it is old, with nothing current in it.
This is really, really bad, because this build works nicely here on my
dualcore Xeon and up to now all builds crashed either for both of us on
multicore machines or worked for both (all builds work on single core
machines).....

Back to start :-(

Kind regards
Herwig

I have downloaded the file again, and will give it a try, just to be

Okay, The Help -> About now says:

Unfortunately, it still fails. From the PROCDUMP:

I think that all of those are identical to the previous crash, but it
is using the EVFSGUI that you specify.

Hope this helps...
