Can't get smb.pdr 1.0 working on Warp 4.52

According to "readme.smbpdr", these files require libc063.dll, which I
already have installed. I do not have libc064x.dll installed.

smbspool.exe is failing somehow. Since the port driver doesn't provide
any direct way of finding out why, I suggest you try running smbspool.exe
on a test job directly (i.e. from the command line) and seeing what
happens. It may produce a helpful error message.
